Delve into current research that highlights how and why sound is so transformative, and learn the 7Rs Method of experiential processing, a powerful approach to gaining a deeper understanding of yourself and holding a transformative therapeutic space for others.

Throughout the course, you’ll discuss the therapeutic benefits and applications of different sound techniques, while practising how to create relaxing, emotionally moving, and healing environments with your instruments. You’ll also explore the connections between sound, movement, and altered states of consciousness, and deepen your understanding of how sound can positively influence mental and physical well-being.

Finally, grow both personally and professionally as you engage in case study sessions designed to enhance your learning and help you expand your therapeutic practice.
