GST25: The Gong
In this course you will learn about The Gong. There are videos for you to watch on techniques, and the Typical Session to Master for you to follow. This is the BAST method for playing your gong or gongs.
You will also be learning about the gong score and how to discover the sweet spots of your gong.
Personal practice - please make time each week for your personal practise with your bowls and gong, and continue with your Therapeutic Percussion.
If you have not chosen to study gong, please complete the Gong & ASC assignment ONLY.
