TF25: Weekly Journal
As part of your training with BAST, you will demonstrate your knowledge of your instruments, the BAST Method of sound therapy, and the 7Rs Model of Experiential Processing, by writing weekly journal entries about your experiences.
Each submission will serve as a record of your progress and insights. At the end of the coursework period, you will write up a final reflective summary consolidating your learning, demonstrated through these weekly journals. The final write up will be assessed by tutors.
It is important to upload one journal a week so that we can see you are engaging with the course content, and your personal practice.
You will be given a more detailed brief for your final journal assignment closer to the time.
