Group Soundbath Relaxation Therapy (Professional Diploma)

This course is perfect if you want to hold potentially deep and relaxing soundbath and gongbath group sessions.  You will also learn how to choose the best instruments and techniques to suit a group’s needs.  Over the years, we have developed an effective way to improve health and wellbeing by inducing an Altered State of Consciousness with therapeutic sound.  Our research has produced statistically significant results with a range of conditions including pain, stress, anxiety and depression as well as helping to maintain a sense of calm.

You can work with Himalayan singing bowls and gong, or Himalayan singing bowls and crystal singing bowls (or all three if you want to hold different types of session!).  You will also need a therapeutic percussion kit to bring people back from a deeply relaxed to a normal waking state.

A distance learning option is also available for this course.
